Inside Washington Publishers employs about 90 people, including over 70 in editorial positions and the remainder in support and business-office positions. Nearly all are based in IWP’s Arlington VA offices, just outside of Washington DC and minutes away from the Pentagon, the Capitol and the White House. A three-person editorial office is also maintained in Sacramento CA.
IWP regularly recruits reporters at all levels of experience and has a long history of offering opportunities to individuals passionate about becoming reporters, regardless of their past experience. The company prides itself on its longstanding experience in working with new reporters and its proven track record of providing on-the-job training for people who want to be reporters but lack experience.
